You work your way through each of the required documents online, adding your company information and other necessary details. Then you download it in order to customise it with your company logo/letterhead and make it available to those who need the information or document.

Your details are retained on our database for you to access and update and you must also download and maintain the documents for your company records.

Now Online - Updated Documents with New Limits for Payments to Employees from 1st February 2008.

New payments limits on a week's pay for the purposes of calculation of redundancy and unfair dismissal payments - rises from £310 per week to £330 per week from 1st February 2008.

Guarantee payment for lay off rises from £19.60 per day to £20.40 per day from 1st February 2008.

The Statutory Holiday Entitlement will increase to 4.8 weeks from 1 October 2007 - 24 days for employees working a 5 day week - pro rata for part-time employees.

The National Minimum Hourly Wage will increase  from 1st October 2007 - Adult rate (workers aged 22 and over) to £5.52 - Development rate for 18-21 year olds to £4.60 - Development rate for 16-17 year olds to £3.40
