Geographic

PrimE-HR is specifically designed for use in the United Kingdom. If the product is purchased and used by an organisation from outside of the United Kingdom, it is at the sole risk of that purchasing organisation.

Any organisation outside the United Kingdom which wishes to adapt PrimE-HR © to their specific national needs, please contact us on mail@prime-hr.co.uk in order to discuss requirements and arrangements.

Licence Conditions

Only the organisation which purchases an annual licence may use PrimE-HR ©. United Kingdom updates arising from legislative changes will normally be made and applied within 48 hours of the change becoming operative.

The annual licence provides access and use of the range of documents  in the subject(s) purchased in PrimE-HR ©.

PrimE-HR © Records

The records of each licence holder produced by PrimE-HR are retained on our database throughout the period in which a licence is valid. The licence holder must also retain each record produced under licence for their specific organisation record system.

On the expiry of a licence, records will be retained for 1 month on our database in order to enable downloading of any documents produced during the licence period and then discarded.

Inroductory Price

The introductory price of an annual licence is currently a fixed fee for each subject purchased irrespective of the number of employees. This offer applies for a period of 3 months from 1st January 2008 and is subject to variation.

Value Added Tax

Value Added Tax is levied at 17 1/2% in accordance with current United Kingdom rates. Where this changes, any revisions will be applied and Licence Holders informed accordingly.

Refund Policy

A refund is available in full if you have purchased PrimE-HR © but not yet accessed the documents.

If any of the documents in PrimE-HR © have been accessed, a refund is not made under normal circumstances.

Technical Problems

Any problems relating to the technical process (e.g. unable to access a document, unable to insert text in a required field and unable to download a document) should be notified to
mail@prime-hr.co.uk immediately - we will attempt to deal with the problem within 24 hours.

Distributors and Associates

Business Management Systems Ltd is actively seeking Resellers for PrimE-HR and offering substantial commissions. Any individual or organisation seeking to become a reseller should contact us on
mail@prime-hr.co.uk in order to discuss arrangements and commission terms.

Induction, Consultancy and Additional Support
Where an organisation requires induction or additional advice in the use of PrimE-HR © for management and/or staff, please contact us on
mail@prime-hr.co.uk in order to discuss terms and arrangements.

Larger organisations - Bespoke Services

Where an organisation - usually with more than 200 employees - wishes to customise its existing system using the methodology and processes embedded within PrimE-HR ©, please contact us on
mail@prime-hr.co.uk in order to discuss your requirements and arrangements.
